24hr Emergency call out services
Early hours of the morning or late at night? Having a problem with your electrical system is something everybody could do without at the best at times. We offer our 24hr call out services to customers existing & new alike to minimise the stress for you.
We charge a call out fee for the use of our emergency services & we always aim to be out to you within the hour of receiving the call (depending on site location). You can rest assured that upon taking your call one of our engineers will try to assess what has happened & offer advice in the event it may be something were a call out could be avoided saving any unnecessary costs for you. Upon attending the call our engineer will determine if a repair can be carried out there and then or make the installation safe to carry out more extensive repairs at a more suitable time.
